What to review for each bounding box
Open the sidebar preview and check the following:
- Correct field content — The extracted text should match the value you intend to export, not a label or unrelated line.
- No extra text — Watch for nearby headings, table borders, or adjacent columns bleeding into the box.
- Complete capture — Long values, multi-line addresses, and wide numbers should not be cut off at the edge of the box.
- Consistent behavior across pages — If your document has multiple pages, verify boxes on each page type you plan to process.
Recommended workflow
- Create or adjust the bounding box on your sample document.
- Read the sidebar extraction result immediately after placing the box.
- Resize or reposition the box until only the intended text appears.
