What to Do When Your Pro Plan Usage Limit Is Reached

ExtractGrid

If you rely on ExtractGrid regularly, it helps to know how much of your plan quota you have used and what to do when you reach the limit.

How to check your account usage

Open your Dashboard and click the Usage button. This shows how much of your current plan allocation you have consumed. Checking usage periodically makes it easier to plan batch jobs and avoid unexpected interruptions.

What happens when the Pro plan limit is exhausted

Once your Pro plan quota is fully used, further processing under that account will be restricted until your billing cycle renews or you take one of the steps below.

ExtractGrid uses a simplified pricing model designed for straightforward monthly billing—without complex tier ladders or uneven top-up bundles that can disadvantage certain customers. That approach keeps checkout and billing simple, but it also means there is no automatic mid-cycle quota extension on the same account.

Available options

If you have exhausted your Pro plan limit and need to continue processing before your next renewal:

  1. Create a new account using a different email address.
  2. Subscribe to the Pro plan on that new account to continue processing.
  3. Cancel the new subscription before the next renewal date if you only need short-term additional capacity.

Make sure to manage subscriptions from your account settings so you are not charged for a plan you no longer need.

Summary

Use the Dashboard Usage button to monitor consumption throughout the month. If you hit your Pro plan limit, creating a separate account with another email is the supported way to continue processing under ExtractGrid's simplified billing model.
